DMA Politically Direct (Spring 2008): Join DMA's 2008 'Grasstops' Program
May 16, 2008 — Day in and day out, the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) is working with elected officials on the Federal, state, and local levels of government. Our job is to keep all marketing channels open and affordable.
DMA needs your power and influence in Washington, DC, at your state capital, and before your city council. Get engaged in the political process and take control of your bottom line and how you operate your business.
How can you do this? Become a member of DMA’s “grasstops” network.
Once you do, you will receive updates on pending legislation, be invited to contact your elected officials on specific legislation, and even come to Washington to lobby members of Congress on issues important to you and your business.
It’s easy. Just provide us the following information and direct it to DMA’s Tim Donovan at tjdonovan@the-dma.org or via fax at 202.955.0085.
