DMA Announces 2010 Retail Marketing Conference (Formerly Known as ACCM)
December 17, 2009 — DMA is pleased to announce that its inaugural Retail Marketing Conference will take place May 24-27, 2010, at the Gaylord Palms Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. This innovative conference is designed to help all retailers integrate data and channels, create a unique shopping experience for today’s savvy customers, and ultimately boost ROI.
The voice of the customer was loud and clear — past ACCM attendees need an event that represents the continued evolution of the multichannel, 21st-century retail marketer and shopper — one conference that recognizes how retailers utilize and balance an array of tactics in both the digital and print formats to drive sales, but also addresses the customer’s needs and ever-changing channel preference. DMA’s 2010 Retail Marketing Conference is the answer.
Whether sales are recorded at a retail location, online, through a catalog, or in a customer contact center, the tactics that drive them need to be focused and relevant, and all that content can finally be found in one place. The conference will offer a wide breadth of knowledge on multiple channels and the synergistic ways they motivate and affect consumers' purchase behavior.
Educational tracks will focus on retail marketers and their use of data integration, ecommerce, and site usability, email, mobile marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, catalog and print, and technology solutions.
