DMA to Host National Conference on Operations & Fulfillment (NCOF), April 19-21 in Orlando, FL

March 1, 2010 — Direct Marketing Association (DMA) will host the National Conference on Operations & Fulfillment (NCOF) 2010 sponsored by the United States Postal Service (USPS).  NCOF is the The Operation and Fulfillment Conference for Catalog, Online, and Multichannel Retailers.  The conference will take place Monday, April 19 through Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.  

 

Today’s operation and fulfillment leaders are challenged with shorter lead times, consolidated staffing, and increasing customer expectations.  NCOF 2010 offers actionable solutions to increase efficiency and streamline operations at minimum cost, as well as how to master the latest tools and references to recruit, hire, and retain employees for a successful operation labor force.
