DMA and Direct Announce Finalists for 2010 NCDM Database Excellence Awards

December 8, 2010 — NCDM Conference - The Conference for Engaging Customers Using Data & Technology today announced nine finalists for the 2010 NCDM Database Excellence Awards. This event is organized and presented jointly by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and Direct (part of the Chief Marketer Network).

The awards honor organizations that are engaging customers using data & technology to improve the quality of their marketing programs resulting in measurable results. Each entry was evaluated on three criteria: marketing strategy, execution, and results gained. “The caliber of this year’s entries was exceptional,” said Yasmin Melendez, DMA group show director.  “We are proud of this year’s distinguished winners who hands-down demonstrated solid application of data and analytics practices and technology implementation to increase profits and succeed in today’s business climate.”

Winners will be announced during a special luncheon ceremony held from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. at the Marriott Doral Golf Resort & Spa on Tuesday, December 14, during the 2010 NCDM Conference in Miami, FL.  Bob Garner will serve as master of ceremonies and announce this year’s winners, as well as showcase his amazing ESP talents.
