September 12, 2006 — The Direct Marketing Association’s (DMA) Quarterly Business Review (QBR) invites marketers, agencies, and suppliers to help take the pulse of the direct marketing community by responding to the DMA Research and Market Intelligence Department’s short, five-minute surveys, this time for Quarter 3, 2006. The quarterly survey benchmarks key performance metrics for direct marketers, agencies, and suppliers, including revenue performance, ROI, employment, and expenditures.
The survey will be online until Tuesday evening, September 26, 2007.
Published four times a year, QBR has established itself as one of every direct marketer’s must-use benchmarks for such key metrics as revenue, profits, and a wide range of expenditure areas.
While DMA understands that you may not yet have final results for this quarter, it would appreciate your providing your best estimate of your organization’s performance so that these survey results can be announced in time for DMA06, DMA’s Annual Conference and Exhibition, which will be held October 14-19 in San Francisco. Respondents who complete the survey on or before Tuesday evening, September 26, 2007, and include a valid e-mail address will be sent a free copy of QBR for Q3 2006 in October. All results will be kept confidential and used only in aggregate.
