Dear Senator (or Representative) _____________________:

With just days left in the 109th Congress, I am calling on you today to help make sure that work is completed on postal reform – a vital issue for my company and millions more around the country.

We have come such a long way over the past two years.  With strong, bipartisan support for meaningful postal reform, and the widespread backing of the mailing community, we have the opportunity before us to make sure that the US Postal Service has the tools it needs to operate effectively in the 21st Century.

We appreciate the hard work you have done over these past years, and we certainly don’t want to see it go to waste!  Therefore, I urge you to remain open to compromise on the remaining issues – the rate cap, workers compensation and worksharing.

Please do everything in your power to make certain that postal reform legislation passes before the session come to an end.

Sincerely,
