DMEF Launches Its Annual Year-End Appeal to Direct Marketing Community
The Direct Marketing Educational Foundation (DMEF) has issued its year-end appeal to the professionals who comprise the greater direct marketing community to support the Foundation and its mission, which is to attract, educate, and place top college students by continuously improving the teaching of world-class direct and interactive marketing.
With the appointment of Direct Marketing Educational Foundation (DMEF) President Terri L. Bartlett, and its Board of Trustees strengthening its mission, 2006 has been a year of rejuvenation at the DMEF.
“Next year promises to be even more focused,” said Bartlett. “Plans for new program activities for college faculty and students, exciting event opportunities for DMA member companies, and much more are underway.”
“You’ll be hearing much more about how the DMEF is working to deliver new, market-ready talent to the marketplace, and how the direct marketing community’s support is working to ensure the future of marketing – direct,” Bartlett added.
Educational programs and services include:
- seminars and conferences
- hands-on learning opportunities
- resources for both students and professors.
The Foundation also sponsors the Journal of Interactive Marketing.
