DMA Member Logo Available Online At www.the-dma.orgNEW YORK, January 7, 2002 – Members of the Direct Marketing Association (The DMA) can now download The DMA Member Logo for usage on Web sites, catalogs, brochures, and advertisements directly from www.the-dma.org. "In this competitive marketplace, The DMA Member Logo sets you apart from the crowd," said H. Robert Wientzen, president & CEO, The DMA. "It is an opportunity to show both consumer and business customers that you are a reputable, service-oriented company." "The DMA Member Logo gives consumers the assurance that a company follows the association’s Privacy Promise and the other self-regulatory guidelines we develop and enforce for the industry," said Patricia Faley, vice president, ethics and consumer affairs, The DMA. "We encourage all members to place the logo prominently on their marketing materials, as we encourage consumers to ‘look for the logo’ when making purchasing decisions." The logo files are available in the members-only section of The DMA Web site at www.the-dma.org/logo. Files are available in .gif and .jpg formats for Web usage, or in EPS for use in printed materials. Since the Member Logo is available to DMA members only, members need a user name and password to access it online.
