Box 643 Carmel, NY 10512 Telephone Preference Service Consumers who wish to receive less telephone solicitations should send their name (including various spellings), address and telephone number to: DMA Telephone Preference Service P.O. Box 1559 Carmel, NY 10512 Consumers can also still opt-out of receiving unwanted commercial solicitations through The DMA's preference service Web site. For more information about preference service addresses, or to register online, go to www.dmaconsumers.org.
NOTE: After several months consumers will begin to receive less advertising mail and telephone solicitations from national marketers such as credit cards, sweepstakes and magazine subscription offers, and catalogs. Although registration with The DMA's preference services will help to reduce the amount of solicitations that consumers receive, it will not stop all unsolicited offers. Consumers may continue to be contacted by companies with which they already do business and from non-DMA organizations, which do not use DMA preference services.
