The DMA Launches Corporate Responsibility Briefings

Briefings to Focus on Key Issues Ranging from Privacy to Shipping & Handling

WHAT: The Direct Marketing Association's (DMA) Ethics & Consumer Affairs division has launched briefing workshops designed to educate marketers about their ethical and legal responsibilities within the direct and interactive marketing industry.

The workshops, led by prominent industry experts, will provide direct marketers with critical information on regulatory changes with regard to the use of sensitive information, shipping and handling charges; and the teleservices industry.
