DMA Launches Motivation Pavilion at DM Days New York 2006
"Motivation, incentive, and promotion programs play a critical role in the success of direct marketing programs," said Anne Schaeffer, DMA’s senior vice president for education and events. "We feel the time is right to introduce the direct marketing world to more strategies and suppliers that can help them measurably improve results."
The Motivation Pavilion is part of a multi-faceted communications program being developed by Selling Communications Inc. that includes providing useful how-to and reference information to attendees before the show, an at-site education program, and a year-round how-to and reference center of useful content sponsored by DMA.
“Motivation and incentive programs affect multiple areas of direct marketing, including campaigns designed to generate response, build permission-based databases, and reward loyalty, as well as performance improvement strategies designed to motivate customer service and call center employees,” Schaeffer added.
The 2006 DM Days New York Conference & Expo provides a forum for the exchange of new ideas and technological advances and provides cutting-edge information in e-commerce, technology, media, database, and creative services.
