Lifetime Value: The Impact of Multiple Channel Marketing

This session will take a look at the impact of introducing your donors to multiple channels in both the short term and long term.  Do my donors become more or less valuable when exposed/introduced to channels beyond the channel of initial acquisition.

 

Intended Audience:   All levels

 

 

Learning Outcomes -- At the conclusion of this session, participants will:

  1. An understanding of how organizations have increased the LTV of their donors through multiple channel touchpoints.
  2. A realization that additional channel touchpoints do not cannibalize or negatively impact the primary communication channel.
