David Baker leads a global business unit within the Razorfish network specializing in eCRM and Email Solutions. He is an active thought leader in the email industry, speaking at regional, national and international conferences and is a weekly columnist with Media Post: Email Insider. He has spent 15 years in various senior management roles with email startup technology firms (Twelve Horses, MindArrow), various direct marketing roles with American Airlines, Franklin Covey and has built email and analytical solution business units for several OminiCom agencies (Targetbase and Agency.com).
