Most of the Web site is available to the public without signing on. However, some things are restricted to members (such as DirectLINK) and some products are discounted for members (such as event registrations). Members sign on only once for all restricted areas and member discounts. Both members and non-members have access to features such as posting resumes and site personalization, however these still require a user name and password to be maintained.
Visitors can obtain a user name and password through the Web site. To obtain a user name and password the member can go to DMA Interactive home page and click the First Time Sign On link in the sign on box on the left side of the page. It is useful for members to have their customer number for the First Time Sign On process, but not essential.
If you are having trouble signing on, please call Customer Service at 212.790.1500. You may also e-mail us at customerservice@the-dma.org.
