Cancellation and Transfer/Change Policy
If you must cancel a registration, please submit your request in writing by March 27, 2009 to DMA Customer Service via fax at 212.302.7643, e-mail to customerservice@the-dma.org, or mail to: DMA Customer Service at the address above. Registrations canceled on or before March 27, 2009 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received March 28 – April 3, 2009 will not be refunded, rather, funds will be held on account for 12 months (minus a $150 fee) applicable to future DMA events. No refunds will be issued to those that do not cancel by April 6, 2009. No refunds will be issued for any missed sessions or events, including sessions missed due to travel delays or cancellations. Registrants who do not cancel or arrange to have their registration fee held on account prior to the event, and fail to attend or send a substitute forfeit their registration fee in its entirety.
