We are very pleased that you are planning to attend the DM Days NY Conference and Expo.
You may need a visa to enter the United States. Because of world events, visa applications are subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. Because greater scrutiny means a longer waiting period, the State Department recommends that you begin your visa application process well in advance of your travel dates.
The decision to grant visas belongs solely to the embassy/consulate. DMA cannot promise that you or your colleagues will receive a visa. Likewise, DMA cannot change the decision of the governmental agency should your application be denied. If your questions about requesting a letter are not answered here, contact us at visasupport@the-dma.org.
With the current state of world events, the U.S. State Department recommends that you begin your visa application process well in advance of your travel dates. Visa applications face more scrutiny - and a longer waiting period - than they have in the past.
In order to grant your request for a visa letter, DMA requires the following:
Your Name, Address
Your Passport Number
Your Company Name, Your Title, whether you are a DMA member or not, exhibitor or attendee
You may fax this information to us at +1.212.719.1952, or you may scan it and send it as an e-mail attachment to visasupport@the-dma.org.
If you have any questions regarding this process, contact us at visasupport@the-dma.org.
Please note: DMA cannot promise that you or your colleagues will receive a visa. Nor can we change the decision of the governmental agency should your application be denied.
