Special Nonprofit Group Discount
Attendees from nonprofit organizations that register as a group (three or more) are eligible to receive the discounted rate of $499 per person. To take advantage of this special offer, you must fill in the group discount registration form and fax to 212.391.1532 or call customer service at 212.790.1500. Registrations must be submitted at the same time. This discount is applicable to nonprofits only and expires 2/17/12.

Transfers/Changes
Please submit changes and transfers in writing to DMA Customer Service at the address detailed below, via fax at 212.302.7643 or email to customerservice@the-dma.org. Delegates will receive a confirmation within seven (7) business days. Changes received after February 24, 2012 will be handled on-site.

Cancellations
If DMA cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be held on account for a future event or fully refunded if you prefer. DMA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled.
If you must cancel, please submit cancellations in writing to the DMA Customer Service Department. Registrations cancelled on or before February 24, 2012 will be refunded minus a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received after February 24, 2012 forfeit their registration fee in its entirety. However, you may transfer your registration to someone else without penalty. No refunds will be issued for any missed sessions or events, including sessions missed due to travel delays or cancellations.
No Suitcasing
Anyone observed to be soliciting in the aisles, lunch tables or other public areas will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties also may be levied. Please report any violations you observe to Show Management.
Private Functions
The DMA does not authorize events that conflict/compete with the official conference program and will not release space at the conference location for that purpose. For information regarding space during non-conference hours, please contact Jenny Abreu at jabreu@the-dma.org.
