Mentoring Program
Not sure where you are going, want to get ahead, or just nervous in this economy? Speak one-on-one with a mentor to get some answers and some direction.
The DMA Nonprofit Federation is pleased to offer one-on-one mentoring to all its members during the August conference in New York. This program allows you to sit with an experienced Direct Marketer to grow your direct marketing and fundraising experience.
Help is there for both simple and complex questions. Meet with some of the best fundraisers and top suppliers to discuss questions like:
- Should I be worried about my career choices, am I on the right path?
- How do I move from a small nonprofit to a large one, will my skills transfer?
- I work for a large nonprofit and would like to move to an agency and become a consultant. Do you think I have enough experience?
- I am afraid my position is being eliminated – what should I do?
- How do I learn new skills? Should I go back to school?
- How can I advance myself in my current organization?
- How can I optimize networking opportunities?
