In charge of a group? Group reservations are just as simple to make as those for individuals. Simply reserve the quantity you need and receive an immediate confirmation, then log in later to manage your bookings. Plan ahead: only a limited block of rooms are available at a DM Days rate. The reservation deadline is Thursday, May 21, 2009. Mark your calendars for 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 15th and Wednesday, May 13th for the 2009 Exhibiting ROI-Q™ Webinar Series. The program is conducted by Charles W. Allen, in conjunction with the Trade Show Exhibitors Association (TSEA), and each webinar is open to all exhibit staff involved with the upcoming DM Days NY Conference. Through these highly interactive sessions, each participant will learn the fundamentals of successful exhibiting, boothmanship, the essential “do’s and don’ts” of exhibiting and more. More information on both webinars will come separately, as well as details on how to register for this free webinar series. Freeman will again be the general services contractor for DM Days NY. The online service kit is expected to go live by March 13, 2009 and Freeman will send an email notification to all exhibitors when the online kit is posted along with the link on Freeman’s web site – www.myfreemanonline.com. Your kit will include details on shipping materials, ordering electrical and Internet services, labor guidelines and general show information. We will also post the link on the Exhibitors page of the DM Days web site. Web Site and Conference Directory Listing It is important that you take a few minutes to go online to update your listing* as the on-site directory will be created directly from the information provided by each exhibitor. Exhibitor listings may include a brief description, up to (5) category listings and a sales contact (optional). The deadline for updates to be included in the DM Days New York Conference Directory is close of business on Thursday, April 29, 2009. But I encourage you to post your information as soon as possible as attendees will be using this information to plan their show schedules. Any updates to your listing after the deadline will appear on the conference Web site, but not in the printed directory. To update your listing on the DM Days New York web site, 1.
