Conference Attendees: $149
A completed registration form, along with full payment to process your registration — your credit card number, or company check (payable to DMA) — MUST accompany your registration. Registrations without full payment will not be processed.
Register four (4) from the same company at the same time and get a fifth (5) registration free. This offer does not apply to Daily Passes, Exhibit Hall Only, and Special Events. Team registrations must be submitted via fax or mail. Please download the registration form found here for multiple registrations.
International registrations must be paid in US funds either by credit card, corporate checks, or bank transfer. Send the bank transfer to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., 1166 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036. DMA Account # 033-1-020552, ABA #021000021, Swift Code: CHASUS33. Bank transfers must reference registrant’s name, company, and DM Days 2008 Conference & Expo. Please attach a copy of the bank transfer confirmation to your registration form. Send only the registration fees to this account.
Please submit changes and transfers in writing to DM Days NY Conference & Expo. Delegates will receive a confirmation within seven (7) business days. Changes received after June 9, 2009 will be handled on-site.
If DMA cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be held on account for a future event or fully refunded if you prefer. DMA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled.
If you must cancel, please submit cancellations in writing to the DM Days New York Customer Service Department. Registrations cancelled on or before May 29, 2009 will be refunded minus a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received after May 29, 2009 forfeit their registration fee in its entirety. However, you may transfer your registration to someone else without penalty. No refunds will be issued for any missed sessions or events, including sessions missed due to travel delays or cancellations.No Suitcasing
Anyone observed to be soliciting in the aisles, lunch tables or other public areas, or in an exhibitor’s booth will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties also may be levied. Please report any violations you observe to Show Management.Our Commitment to Customer Choice
