Cancellation and Transfer/Change Policy

If you must cancel or transfer/change a registration, please submit your request in writing by November 28, 2007 to DMA Customer Service via fax at 212.302.7643, e-mail to customerservice@the-dma.org, or mail to:

Cancellation Refund Schedule
November 27, 2007 or before 100% refund or account credit
November 28 – December 3, 2007 No refund – account credit minus $150 fee
December 4, 2007 or no show No refund – no account credit

If DMA cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be held on account for a future event or fully refunded if you prefer. DMA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or canceled.
