Derek Cyr, Product Manager, PowerPay
Derek started his career in 1999 as a Technical Support Representative at First Merchants Bancard Services (FMBS). When the company was sold in 2002, he moved on to become a Senior Technician at Vision Payment Solutions. In 2003, he became one of the original employees of PowerPay. Derek first served as Technical Support Manager before he moved into Sales Agent Relations, all while establishing and managing new products for the company. In January 2009, Product Management became his full-time focus. He holds a BA in Communications/Media Studies from the University of Southern Maine.

Jaime Woollard, PCI Compliance Manager, PowerPay
Jaime Woollard has been with PowerPay since August of 2006 as a Risk Analyst. The Compliance Department was created in February 2008 with Jaime as the initial employee. She now manages a team of employees assisting merchants, agents and third party vendors with Card Brand programs, registration requirements and understanding the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Her 9 years of experience in credit card processing includes both Issuing and Acquiring. Previously Jaime worked for First Merchants Bancard Services and Vision Payment Solutions as a Risk Analyst. She also worked for Wright Express where she founded the chargeback department for the Corporate MasterCard program and later served as Corporate Account Manager for strategic client relationships.
