Channel explosion, consumer control and product parity have put marketers in a difficult spot. There are more channels requiring more campaigns often from fewer resources. In addition, consumers are requiring marketers to treat them as the unique individuals they are. They are constantly assessing the extent to which your company values their patronage and recognizes your interest through the experience you provide.
This session will help marketers deal with the complexity of multi-channel marketing. First, the presentation will define the trends that led to consumer control and the need to deliver a unique customer experience. Second, it will demonstrate the process by which companies can create and deliver a relevant and unique experience for each customer across multiple channels. Finally, case studies will be used to show how large and small companies alike can deliver a customer experience that will give them a sustainable competitive advantage that delivers more profitable sales.
Through actual case studies, you will learn:
- How to create more campaigns with fewer resources.
- How to deliver relevant and consistent messaging across all your marketing channels.
- How to use recommendation rules to deliver relevant content.
- About case studies from both large and small marketers who are delivering a relevant customer experience.
- How to create an experience that transcends your products.
- How to grow sales and profits by focusing on your existing customers.
