Carrie Chitsey, Founder and CEO, 3Seventy

Ms. Chitsey is a founding partner at 3 Seventy formerly TXT4CRM, Blinx and the parent company Red Leaf ROI and has been a serial entrepreneur in many ventures in the sales, marketing and technology arena. Carrie brings the pragmatic experience of working for the Big 5 Consulting Firms and the vision of a forward thinking, “out of the box” entrepreneur. She is known by her peers as a mobile and social thought leader to many enterprise clients, partners and advertising agencies. She continues to develop new technology in the mobile space enhancing the way enterprises do marketing and operations.

Early in her career, Carrie spent 6 years in the Customer Relationship Management practice at KPMG/BearingPoint, where she helped build that practice up to over 300+ consultants in the CRM group. She built more than 50 call centers; while structuring and managing a large number of complex projects and solutions for Fortune 100 companies that included clients such as Chase, Bank of America, Nasdaq, New Century Mortgage, Accredited, AT&T, Nextel/Sprint, Hartford Insurance and many others. In 2005, she ventured out to build several of her own large call centers and is still considered one of the top call center experts in the country.

Carrie leads the drive for a new generation of sales through a process that improves profit margins and creates high-value return on investments for 3 Seventy clients. Ms. Chitsey has received a Six Sigma Green Belt and is certified in multiple technologies such as Avaya, Siebel, Nortel and others. She serves on the board of several charity organizations in Texas. In her minutes of spare time, she is an avid Texas Hold’em poker player, loves to cook and her cocker spaniel is a legendary fixture at the 3Seventy offices.
