With breaking results based on the COLLOQUY 2010 Retail Loyalty Index, this session will reveal who are the top retailers in customer loyalty in four retail segments from supermarkets to department stores. The recent recession has taken a great toll – not only on retail sales – but on which retailers are winning the hearts of consumers.
Learn how loyalty marketing will enable retailers to regain their footing and forge a sustainable competitive advantage through long-term customer relationships through targeted recognition benefits and rewards. COLLOQUY will cross-reference this new research with their pre-recession study from early 2008 to illuminate how shopper behavior and key loyalty drivers have changed.
