Teleservices Excellence Award
|
This award is presented annually to an individual or organization that demonstrates a commitment to the Teleservices industry by giving back to the industry and displays a commitment to the field. The nominee serves as an example in the Teleservices industry by their adherence to quality standards and contributions to the industry.
The individual or organization exhibits professionalism, good business ethics and follows the DMA guidelines. The ideal candidate should be a leader and a role model for others in the industry.
It is not easy to meet all of the criteria; that is why the recognition is highly valued by all of the past recipients. It acknowledges that they make a difference to the success and growth of the Teleservices industry. It signifies the recipient is acknowledged as one of the best of the best in our industry.
