Teleservices Council
The goal of The DMA Teleservices Council is to represent and promote teleservices as a valuable part of the marketing mix by serving and educating "telemarketing influentials" and marketing practitioners. Also, their mission is to identify and develop the needs of individuals in a position to influence policies and practices in customer relations.

- Teleservices Council members meet regularly, networking and sharing their knowledge with one another. Events such as the Teleservices Legislative Update and the Annual Conference keep Council members up-to-date on the latest developments in the teleservices industry.
In addition, you can attend DMA events sponsored by the Teleservices Council at a special discounted rate for Council members.
