The DMA Teleservices Council

TeleProfessional of the Year Award




The DMA Teleservices Council would like to honor a professional who is new to the industry with our new teleprofessional award. The ideal candidate is a professional who is relatively new to the teleservices industry and has made outstanding contributions to the teleservices industry.

This year's awards will be presented at the 23rd Annual DMA Teleservices Conference, June 10-12, 2007 at the Palms in Las Vegas.

Nominating Criteria

  • Experience in the industry ranges from 1-5 years
  • Include at least 3 references
  • Has demonstrated a commitment to the industry by enhancing its image or contributed to the teleservice industry as explained in the answers to questions 1-3 on the nomination form

2006 - Nicole Cogan, Campbell-Ewald
Leading Campbell-Ewald Program Headquarters, Nicole Cogan manages all operational aspects of the company's substantial direct and fulfillment business for clients, including Chevrolet, the United States Navy and the US Postal Service.

Recruited to Campbell-Ewald in 2000 to implement the Program Headquarters function, Cogan has developed best-of-class processes and procedures that seamlessly manage projects from inception to analysis of results. She is responsible for the training and evaluation of telemarketing and fulfillment partners to insure that their performance complies with the agency's rigorous standards.

With a background in telecommunications, Cogan brings considerable expertise to Program Headquarters leadership, and her process management skills engender excellent working relationships with clients and partners that make her an asset on any account.
