DMA's Online Job Bank & Placement Guide Revised August 2001 The DMA is very pleased to offer job seekers and DMA member companies looking to fill positions a new state-of-the-art online Job Bank. Launched in April 1998, The DMA Job Bank -- Direct Careers -- resides in the "Services" area on the DMA web site. This new service enables individuals to search for direct marketing opportunities that are available now. Whether you want a permanent position or a part time job, The DMA Job Bank makes it easy to find. The jobs in the "Bank" are openings in DMA member companies only -- the recruiting function of the service is a DMA member benefit and therefore not available to non-members; However, the job listing section--where positions are detailed, is available to both DMA members and non-members, seeking jobs. As the Bank continues to grow, there will be job postings throughout the U.S. and in foreign countries where there are DMA members. The Job Bank is database driven so that you may search by job type, location, salary level, etc. Once you register, the job bank will also email you to let you know when new positions in your job category become available. And finally, The DMA Job Bank is an absolutely confidential service, which you control! Good luck in your search.
