Max L. Hart Nonprofit Achievement Award

In recognition of outstanding achievement by an individual in the nonprofit community.

The selection criteria for the DMA Nonprofit Federation Nonprofit Achievement Award shall include the following:

• Must be a paid professional with a nonprofit organization or services provider
• Serves as a source of inspiration and encouragement to others by exemplifying the highest levels of excellence in his/her work, and is a respected authority in his/her area of expertise
• Is innovative and possesses strong leadership skills
• Exhibits a willingness to assist in the professional development of others through the sharing of knowledge
• Is a model of integrity in professional dealings
• Has an outstanding record of achievement
