About the Customer Relationship Management Council

 

The goal of The DMA Customer Relationship Management Council is to provide a forum to develop thought leadership and best practices related to customer-centric, data-driven marketing strategies. The Council supports the ethical application of Customer Relationship marketing, which yields increased growth and profitability by leveraging and optimizing customer insights, all touchpoint interactions and corporate infrastructure.
