Prior to co-founding Reprise Media, Joshua was Vice President of Business Development at Ask Jeeves, a leading search engine, where he worked on extending Ask Jeeves' revenue streams through the development of partnerships with media and technology companies. Joshua also oversaw Ask Jeeves' Syndication business, distributing their search technologies and monetization tools to other web sites, including MSN, About.com, and Lycos.

Bill Herr is responsible for new business development for The Kern Organization, an integrated direct marketing agency headquartered in Woodland Hills, California. Mr. Herr's background includes 23 years of sales, marketing and consulting experience in the B-to-B direct marketing industry. In his early career, Mr. Herr held sales positions with Addressograph/Farrington and Cheshire/Xerox then as Vice President of Marketing for the San Francisco direct marketing firm Snyder/Newell and the Denver franchise firm, The Packaging Store.
