Get Prescriptive Advice on How to Comply with DMA's New Membership Guideline!
What is Email Authentication?
E-mail Authentication solutions verify that the sender of an e-mail message is, in fact, an entity that is authorized to do so. Over the past year, a number of major ISPs and other anti-spam technology companies have adopted authentication solutions like SPF, the Sender ID Framework and DomainKeys/DKIM in an effort to better protect their users from spam and phishing and to reduce false positives (when legitimate e-mail is placed in the junk folder or not delivered at all) for legitimate marketers.
All DMA members that send email to their customers are required under our newest membership guideline to implement at least one of the interoperable, inexpensive and easy to implement solutions available on the market today. Click here for more information (www.the-dma.org/antispam).
