Catching and Riding the Wave-Optimizing Web Performance

Date: February 20, 2008
1:00-2:00 eastern time

What Can Web Analytics Do For You?

In this session you will learn how Web analytics can help you; which metrics should be tracked for which purposes, which tools are most effective, and finally, how to increase your conversion rates and sales with the help of Web analytics.

This session will present findings from the newest DMA survey of one hundred thirty one participants. We will present data on which metrics are most effective for various business purposes. “Wandering” Dave Rhee, moderator for the Web Analytics Association’s online forum, will share his expertise with the webinar participants.

When you leave the session you will be better able to:

1. Understand what Web analytics can really help with and how to maximize its effectiveness
2. Address the biggest challenges presented by Web analytics (most notably abundance and variety of data)
3. Benchmark from others who are experts in using Web analytics
4. Maximize the effectiveness of website optimization, campaign evaluation, lead generation & sales, and customer acquisition & retention

This session will go beyond the report and present additional, previously unreleased data on using Web analytics to boost your business.
