This Distance Learning presentation will explore the challenges our donors and customers have in engaging with our organizations. We will explore these challenges and successes from the Donor/Customer’s perspective. Participants will hear from industry leaders and learn how converting everyone in your organization to a CEO (Customer Experience Owner) is one key to donor/customer engagement.

Intended Audience: Junior, Mid and Senior levels.  Anyone who is responsible for growing the organization; anyone who has contact directly or indirectly with donors/members.
