Listening to Your Donors through Data Gathering and Analysis
October 29, 2009  |  2:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M.  ET  |  Online

Registration is officially closed for this event as of the close of business, 10.26.09.

Are your donors speaking to you through the data?  Are you listening to them?  Discover ways that organizations are using donor touch points and data to determine next steps in the donor relationship.  Whether the data is based on one-to-one interactions or direct marketing interactions captured through the mail/web, it is all valuable if used in the right way.   Don't miss this insightful webinar as we explore the types of data to capture, how to make the most of it in your interactions with donors and setting a broader direct marketing strategy.

Intended Audience:  Mid-level — those who work with data to impact strategy.

Learning Outcomes — At the conclusion of this Distance Learning session, participants will:

  1. discover ways organizations are using data to impact donor relationships and strategy
