Integrating Marketing with the Business for Improved Resource Management and Streamlined Operations
February 4, 2009 2pm-3pm EST
Presented by DMA's Research and Unica Corporation

Now more than ever marketers are being asked to trim budgets, reduce resources, and creatively leverage materials across the business. There is no slack for over spending and no time for mistakes. Streamlining processes and aligning with all parts of the business is the only way to keep the department running and your sanity in-tact. Watch this live seminar and learn why investing in Marketing Resource Management (MRM) software now makes sound business sense.

You’ll take away insights including how MRM can:

  • Track budgets against marketing spend to manage marketing as a true investment and avoid costly errors
  • Enable global team members to leverage marketing materials for cost effective re-use
  • Integrate with other Enterprise Systems to measure the return on your investment – enabling marketing to quantify its true value
  • Collaborate online with agencies and other groups to increase efficiency and streamline marketing processes regardless of physical location
  • Track actual hours to effectively manage resources across all marketing related activities
    • Planning Resources (budgeting, creative design, printing, etc)
    • Execution Resources (outbound/inbound call center and other response support staff)
