Measuring Program Success in Today’s Marketplace
April 21, 2009
1:00PM – 2:00 PM EST

Have you ever been asked to create or execute a promotion but not sure how you would measure its success? In this workshop you will learn how promotions are measured in today’s world, including how to define your objectives and how to use them in an evaluation matrix. You will learn from real-life examples! Case studies of programs conducted by leading U.S. companies including Samsung, Revlon and Nickelodeon will be used to demonstrate how programs are being evaluated. You will learn by seeing each program’s objectives, how each was executed and importantly how each was evaluated. This webinar incorporates a variety of frequently used promotional techniques including sweepstakes, instant win games, contests of skill and sales incentive programs to pinpoint how different promotional techniques are measured differently. It’s real world, in real time with real answers! And since the content of this webinar is based on real case studies, you will learn the challenges we all now face to successfully measure programs given the changes and increased complexity of today’s marketing environment.

Learning Points:

  • Learn about how promotions are evaluated in today’s marketplace
  • Have a realistic understanding of the challenges that exist in measuring promotion success
  • Obtain real life examples of how leading companies measured program effectiveness.
