DMA Virtual Seminars
Multiple Segmentations Are Better Than One
November 4, 2008
1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.
Online

Customer segmentation initiatives are usually launched from a simple yet valid premise: “not all customers are created equal.” Many forms of customer segmentation can be derived for a business, based on customer attitudes, demographics, product ownership, channel usage, and an assortment of behaviors. Given the complexity of today’s marketplace, the best way for companies to understand their customers is to utilize not one but several segmentation schemes simultaneously. This allows a company to answer “the who, what, where, when, and why” behind customer activity and value.

Attendees will:

  • Learn why using multiple segmentations is a better approach in customer development strategies and programs
  • Master how to integrate multiple segmentation solutions to drive customer value
  • Absorb the key factors in successfully implementing a multiple segmentation solution

Speaker:

He also held senior positions at Customer Development Corporation, Veridiem, and Wheelhouse.
