Bob is an expert in the use of mobile technologies to affect consumer behaviors and build "Opt-In" brand communities that stimulate consumer participation. Bob is currently working on a thesis and methodology around Habit Marketing™; which focuses on mobile marketing techniques that help shape consumer attitudes and habits. Previously, Bob was President of Starpoint Solutions, a provider of web-based marketing and customer service applications for major financial institutions and corporations. Earlier in his career held sales, marketing, and customer service positions with Verizon and NorTel. Bob has a Masters Degree in Computer Science and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
