Speaker![]() Robert Gold Bob Gold is CEO of Gold Mobile; Gold Mobile is one of the leading providers of mobile marketing and CRM solutions. Bob is an expert in the use of mobile technologies to affect consumer behaviors and build "Opt-In" brand communities that stimulate consumer participation. Bob is currently working on a thesis and methodology around Habit Marketing™; which focuses on mobile marketing techniques that help shape consumer attitudes and habits. Previously, Bob was President of Starpoint Solutions, a provider of web-based marketing and customer service applications for major financial institutions and corporations. Earlier in his career held sales, marketing, and customer service positions with Verizon and NorTel. Bob has a Masters Degree in Computer Science and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
