Rebecca has been with Operation Smile for 6 years, where she has implemented a database management strategy that emphasizes clean, consistent data and the power of analytics. She has recently launched a new role as Director of Global Database Strategy in an effort to implement this same philosophy across Operation Smile's international fundraising offices.

Denise joined Russ Reid in 1989 as our first direct response analyst. She personally designed many of the analytical products we use today. Aware that not everyone is at home with metrics, Denise strives to make numbers fun, accessible and actionable for staff and clients alike. Her primary focus is donor treatment after acquisition. Denise’s account experience includes Habitat for Humanity, United States Olympic Committee, Goodwill Industries, World Vision U.S., World Vision Canada, American Red Cross, Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare, U.S. and Canadian Rescue Missions, Food Banks, Ducks Unlimited, Best Friends Animal Society, Catholic Charities, Cal Farley’s and Operation Smile.
